The valuations are derived from the following sources and are based on the current market including the specific condition of each asset.
All supporting information and documentation for the appraisal will be archived for reference. The valuation will determine the “Quick-Sale Value” which is established based on the following sources:

        ·         Used Equipment Dealers & Distributors
      ·        New Manufactures & Distributors
      ·        Auctioneers
      ·        Contractors
      ·        Equipment Trades & Publications
      ·        Established Market Resource Guides 

        The following requirements in the valuation are described:

• Onsite inspection of each asset to verify and document legal description including all serial numbers, client equipment numbers and arrangement numbers of attachments per asset.
• Onsite inspection of each asset to verify and document current operating condition and performance. A TA-2 Technical Analysis available from the Manufacturer if requested.
• Onsite inspection of all supporting documentation of repair invoices, maintenance and service records as provided by client.
• Copies of supporting documentation that determine any increase or decrease of the valuation process will be required for the appraisal.
• Digital photography of each asset. Also to include detailed photography of any items that support increase or decrease in the valuation process.
• Research and document values for each asset after the onsite inspections have concluded.
• Each Copy of appraisal to include; photo, legal description and value of each asset.
• 3-Copies of the valuation to be provided to client. Additional copies will be available.
